Akropolis Pastries Opens The Doors To Its New Manufacturing Facility

Akropolis Pastries has been serving the GTA for 28 years producing high quality Greek Phyllo Dough products from its original retail location. In late 2005 Akropolis Pastries began its rapid expansion into two market segments, Grocery and Food Service Retail. In order to keep up with the market demand a new manufacturing arm was created Akropolis Phyllo Products Inc. (APP Inc.) This expansion will allow for the Akropolis brand to reach markets beyond the borders of the GTA and making us the most diverse Greek Phyllo Dough Manufacturer in Canada.

The products are currently being sold in a frozen state under the Akropolis Pastries brand and in various sizes depending on the needs of the consumer. Our products are also available in bulk packaging and can be purchased directly or via one of the distributors listed in the “Where to buy” section of this website. We also offer private label, custom orders for large events as well as coast to coast shipping.
