Through popular demand we now offer all phyllo pastries frozen and ready to bake. We also offer our unique phyllo pre-packaged for you to take home and create your own phyllo pastry with any filling you desire.

Ingredients

Filling: Milk, water, sugar, durum semolina, vanilla

Pastry: Flour, water, canola and/or soya oil, salt, non-hydrogenated vegetable shortening (modified palm oil, canola oil)

Baking Instructions

  1. Defrost for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (1 80°C).
  3. Remove plastic cover.
  4. Place tray in oven for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with icing sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Allow to cool then cut and serve.

  3. Remove plastic cover.
  4. Place tray in oven for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown.
